PURPOSE:To reduce significantly manhours for connection of electrodes divided into groups by providing a configuration in which a plurality of connection busses are arranged crossing each electrode on a plurality of arranged electrodes and are electrically connected to each plurality of electrodes divided into groups from a plurality of electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A hexagon cylinder is made of six substrates 1, and a coated insulative wire 2' which is the material for an electrode 2 is wound around the external circumference of the cylinder using an automatic wire winder to arrange a plurality of needle-like electrodes 2. In addition, the installation of the electrode 2 to a connection bus 3 through partial removal of an insulative coating can be performed by a laser machining device with a built-in digitally controlled positioner. Then a flexible printed circuit board with a connection bus 3 formed is overlapped and soldered on the electrode 2, thus electrically bonding each plurality of electrodes 2 divided in group to teach connection bus 3. This reduces manhours significantly. |
