PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a printing failure by providing a cream removing squeegee interlocked with a printing squeegee, and cleaning and removing a solder cream which has been spread out to the reverse side of a printing mask. CONSTITUTION:A cream removing squeegee 8 consisting of rubber, etc., is installed to the reverse side of a printing mask 1, so that it can be moved by being interlocked with a printing squeegee 2 of the surface side of the mask 1. First of all, a hybrid substrate 4 is set to a state 5, and thereafter, the stage 5 is moved under the printing mask 1. Subsequently, the printing squeegee 2 is slid on the mask 1 and a solder cream 3 is printed onto the substrate 4. When the stage 5 is reset, the cream removing squeegee 8 moves to the reverse side of the mask 1, removes the solder cream which has been spread out, and it is withdrawn. In this way, since the which has been spread out can be removed completely, the generation of a printing failure can be prevented.
