PURPOSE:To simplify mechanism by providing only approach holes through which a hydraulic intensifying a plunger travels back and forth freely through and also providing a booster ram of double acting structure to be able to move in reciprocating motion. CONSTITUTION:By filling a forward chamber 12, a pressure ram 7 of a booster ram 8 is moved forward to tune a movable platen 2 with a mold 6 and pressure contacted with a mold 5. A pressurizing chamber 14 of a pressure cylinder 9 is filled with actuating oil of an oil tank 16, and when low pressure actuating oil of around 40-50kg/cm<2> is sent to an oil supply hole 21 to fill an intensifying chamber 23 is an intensifying cylinder 20 to act on the lower face of an intensifying ram 19. Accordingly, when the pressure inside a pressurizing chamber 14 rises up, the mold is perfectly closed up because of the gross pressure and injection molding is carried out without troubles. When oil is sent to a backward channel 11 of the booster ram 8, the inside of a backward chamber 13 is filled to move back the pressure ram 7 and open the mold 6, and one process of molding is finished. |
