PURPOSE:The titled canned food, consisting of combination of a dry pack canned food with retained water in a specific proportion and a seasoned food filled in separate packaging containers and capable of diversely seasoning the respective tastes and flavors by separate packaging without corroding metal cans. CONSTITUTION:A canned food, obtained by combination of (A) a dry pack canned food prepared by keeping the moisture content of fish and shellfishes, etc., at 30-55wt% (total weight ratio), filling and hermetically sealing the fishes and shellfishes, etc., in a packaging can and sterilizing the fishes and shellfishes, etc., and (B) a seasoned food, e.g. food dressed with MISO containing sesame, etc., in separate packaged containers and capable of providing combination of the seasoned food rich in variety without deteriorating the respective flavors and tastes. The seasoned food may be sold separately from the can.
