PURPOSE:To subject a turntable to quick acceleration and quick speed reduction and also to accurately hold the stopping position of the turntable by engaging both a driving gear and a backlash eliminating gear with the outer peripheral face of a driving disk connected to the turntable. CONSTITUTION:The up-and-down two-step gear parts 5a, 5b extending in the peripheral direction are formed in the outer peripheral face of a driving disk 4 connected to the lower part of a turntable 1. A driving gear 7 driven by a hydraulic motor 6 is engaged with the lower gear 5a. A backlash eliminating gear 10 is engaged with the upper gear 5b and torque in the direction opposite to the driving gear 7 is added to the driving disk 4 via the backlash eliminating gear 10 by a hydraulic motor 11. Thereby the backlash between the gear part of the driving disk 4 and the driving gear 7 is held in a zero state. Therefore the generation of an inferior product can be prevented because the accurate stopping position can always be secured and the central axial lines of a metallic die for press and a punch can be allowed to coincide with each other.
