PURPOSE:To suppress the change in an output signal to a small value with respect to a setting value at the setting value change by providing a means detecting the presence of a change in a range setting data and a glitch shaping means controlled depending on the result of detection. CONSTITUTION:A data comparison circuit 7 compares a range setting data D1 latched by a latch circuit 4 in response to a latch pulse LPa with a range setting data D2 latched in a latch circuit 5 according to a latch pulse LPc' fed from a delay circuit 6. Thus, the comparison circuit 7 detects the change in the range setting data Dr (D1, D2) to output a latch pulse LPd. Since the pulse LPd is fed to a glitch shaping circuit 8, the glitch component included in an output signal Ab of a range circuit 2 is suppressed. Thus, the change in the output signal to the setting value at the setting value change is suppressed to a small value.
