PURPOSE:To improve the production efficiency as well as by performing the solid furling of a waste by forming a raw material by its heating and melting by burying a heat block close to the extruding hole of a forming die. The bark, etc. pushed in are forced into an extrusion hole 16, heated by the heating block 18 incorporated close to the extrusion hole 6 and discharged to the external part from the extrusion hole 16.
