PURPOSE:To product cold rolled steel strips even in the case that the size of products changes coil by coil by setting winding drums capable of attaching and detaching more than the specific number of sets. CONSTITUTION:Winders 11 are set >=3, the drum diameter of an empty winder 11 is changed by attaching or detaching a rubber sleeve 16 using a proper means in the case that the change of a coil inner diameter is required. As to attaching or detaching the rubber sleeve 16 for the drum of the winder, the next but one use winder has a larger time margin than that of the next use winder. Thus, even in the case that the size of products changes coils by coil and the coil inner diameter varys, the cold rolled steel strips are manufactured at any time.
