PURPOSE:To hole an integrated circuit in between for positioning without preventing its admission and, what is more, without giving any shock, by engaging a stopper positioning block and a mobile base together by an interlocking lever so as to cause them reciprocate in the opposite direction at a constant ratio. CONSTITUTION:Leaving a cylinder 15 in a state of being extended intact, when an adjusting screw device 17 is operated and an interlocking lever 8 is rotated, a positioning stopper 5' and a positioning pusher block 6' are approached or separated to or from each other while keeping a symmetrical positional relationship as to a reference line S-S. After interval size between both these blocks, if the cylinder 15 is contracted and an arm 12' is tilted to some extent, the positioning pusher block 6' moves and retreats into a 6'' position. After having it retreated, an integrated circuit 2'' is made to go into the vicinity of a positioning situation 2 as in an arrow C. Under this state, the cylinder is extended again, and the positioning pusher block is moved from the 6'' position to the 6' position as in an arrow D. At this time, movement of the block in the arrow D comes to a stop by action of stopper 16, without giving any shock to the IC2.
