PURPOSE:To obtain the material of fin made of aluminum, which is provided with excellent hydrophilic property, anticorrosion property, resistance to degreasing and molding property while showing little abrasion of a mold or cracking upon molding, by a method wherein a hydrophilic organic film of polyacrylic ester series or polymethacrylic ester series is formed on the surface of the fin made of aluminum or aluminum alloy. CONSTITUTION:The organic molecular resin of polyacrylic ester series or polymethacrylic ester series is employed and it is not questioned whether it belongs to an independent polymer or copolymer. The thickness of the film consisting of the organic high molecular resin is preferable to be 0.5-10mum. In case the thickness of the film is thinner than 0.5mum, there is a question in anticorrosion property but when it is thicker than 10mum, the thermal conductivity of the fin is precluded and the molding property becomes worse. The material of fin made of aluminum is consisting of an aluminum sheet and the film of organic high molecular resin prominent in anticorrosion property, resistance to degreasing, molding property or the like and formed on the surface of the aluminum sheet, therefore, the ductility thereof is good, a crack will never be generated upon forming the fin and the abrasion of a mold at molding may be very little. |
