The jointing device for tubes, in particular made of plastic material, comprises an insert (16) which has a cylindrical portion (17) with an external diameter close to the internal diameter of the tube. The insert (16) is equipped with a projecting annular rib (18) in the vicinity of one of the ends, which is connected to the cylindrical portion with an angle (ss) which is smaller than the angle ( alpha ) with which it is connected to said end. A ring (20) is intended to be fitted on the tube (15) slidably to abut with the connection of the rib (18) with interposition of the tube fitted on the insert. A threaded bell-type element (13), fitted on the tube (15) and retaining on the inside the ring (20), is intended to be screwed onto a connection (11) to press against the latter the end of the tube which projects beyond said rib. <IMAGE>
