PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition which has excellent antibacterial properties and hardly decays, by mixing a base oil, a higher alcohol ester of an aliphatic acid, an alicyclic amine/ethylene oxide adduct, an alkylamine/ ethylene oxide adduct, and a specified compound. CONSTITUTION:25-96wt% base oil (A) having a sulfur content of 1.0% or less and a kinematic viscosity of 1.98-135cSt (40 deg.C) is mixed with 1-20wt% higher alcohol ester of an aliphatic acid (B) (e.g., docosyl behenate), 1-20wt% alicyclic amine/ethylene oxide (1-10mol) adduct (C), 1-5wt% (10-20C) alkylamine/ethylene oxide (1-10mol) adduct (D), and 1-5wt% compound (E) of the formula (wherein R is 12-20C alkyl). |
