PURPOSE:To select the configuration of lead frames and the distance between the lead frames freely, by forming a photoconductive part by a casting mold method. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting element 3 and a light receiving element are mounted and bonded on lead frames 2, and the lead frames are fixed to a casting mold 1. A resin, which can transmit transparent or white infrared rays, is inputted in the direction of an arrow, and a photoconductive part 5 is formed. Then the photoconductive part 5, which is formed by a casting mold method is packaged with an external packaging resin 6. Thus the configuration of the lead frames 2 and the distance between the lead frames 2 can be freely selected. |
