PURPOSE:To reduce the fluctuation of engine output while improving exhaust characteristics by providing a correction means for commanding a valve opening amount for equalizing actual fuel supply amount in each cylinder to a fuel injection valve. CONSTITUTION:The captioned controller has a controlling means M4 for determining fuel amount according to the running condition of a multicylinder internal combustion engine M1 detected by a running condition detecting means M2 and commands from said M4 fuel injection valves M3 provided in the corresponding cylinder to have a valve opening time corresponding to said determined fuel amount. Then, said controller is provided with a correction means M5 for commanding the fuel injection valve M3 to have a valve opening for equalizing actual fuel supply in each cylinder. Thus, a difference between actual fuel supply amounts in the respective cylinders is corrected so that the actual fuel supply amounts in the cylinders are equalized by regulating the valve opening of each fuel injection valve M3 without changing the valve opening time commanded by the controlling means M4, and effects due to the difference between individual fuel injection valves 3 are cancelled.
