<p>PURPOSE:To allow a vapor-deposited film to satisfy surface smoothness and to improve the electrical characteristics by coextruding a prescribed resin on both sides of fluororesin to obtain a very thin fluororesin film having fine unevenness and by vapor-depositing a metallic film on the surface of the fluororesin film. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin A having >=30% degree of crystallinity or a mixture B of thermoplastic resins which are compatible with each other is prepd. The resin A and the mixture B do not stick to fluororesin when they are melted by heating. The resin A or the mixture B is coextruded on both sides of the fluororesin. The resin A or the mixture B on one side or both sides is then stripped off to obtain a very thin fluororesin film having fine unevenness. A metallic film is vapor-deposited on the surface of the fluororesin film.</p> |
