PURPOSE:To decrease remarkably a memory load and a CPU load by transferring an operation command of a terminal input/output to a computer connected to a terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:The 2nd operation command data 11A set by the application program 8A is given to the 2nd communication control program 9A the same as an output data and sent to a computer 2A via the 1st communication program 6A. A relay processing program 3A checks the content of the data and when the data is the operation command, it is set to the 1st operation command data 5A of its own memory. When the data is a normal data, the data is given to a terminal equipment input/output control program 4A. The terminal equipment input/output control program 4A processes the data according to the 1st operation command data 5A and outputs the result to a terminal equipment 1. Further, in inputting a data from the terminal equipment 1, the operation command for the input executed by the application program 8A is sent to the relay processing program 3A via the 2nd operation command data 11A in the opposite computer 7A and the 2nd communication control program 9A.
