PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent melt flow characteristics, consisting of a polycarbonate resin, a graft polymer having a high rubber content and a polymer contg. no rubber component. CONSTITUTION:25-5wt% at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of an arom. vinyl compd. (a) (e.g., styrene), a vinyl cyanide monomer (b) (e.g., acrylonitrile), an acrylic monomer (c) (e.g., methyl acrylate) and an imide monomer (d) (e.g., phenylmaleimide) is emulsion-polymerized in the presence of 75-95wt% rubber polymer (e.g., polybutadiene) to obtain a graft polymer (B) having a high rubber content. 30-95wt% polycarbonate (A) is blended with the component B and a polymer (C) formed from at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of the component (a) to (d) in such a proportion that the amount of the rubbery polymer in the component B accounts for 3-35wt% of the amount of the compsn.
