PURPOSE:To make it possible to facilitate the installation and removal of an attachment, by forming resilient legs integrally with an attaching member to which the attachment is attached. CONSTITUTION:An attaching member 2 made of synthetic resin or the like, is integrally incorporated, front and rear sides thereof, with plate-like resilient legs 5, 5 each having the lower end formed in a semicircular shape and made of synthetic resin, the semicircular parts of the legs 5 are attached on the outer peripheral surfaces of pins 4, 4 on the inside thereof, to check the attachment member 2 from coming off from the pins 4 and rotating. A receiving pan 10 for the attachment 4 is rotatably arranged by means of a support pin 11 on the upper side of the attaching member 2. The front ends of the resilient legs 5, 5 integrally incorporated with the attaching member 2 are fitted on a pair of front and rear pins 4, 4, therefore, the attachment may be attached between the pins 4, 4 by means of the resiliency of the resilient legs 5, 5.
