PURPOSE:To make automatic transfer and fork-lift work at a truck flooring berth performable, by installing a rear body position regulating part for a truck or the like, a housing part for this regulating part and a driving part selectively setting an operating range for regulating the said regulating part and the housing part. CONSTITUTION:When loading is carried out with a fork-lift truck, a hydraulic cylinder 205 is set up in a housing part 201. And, according to a rear body vertical position regulator 200, at a fork mode, a turnover button is pressed whereby the hydraulic cylinder 205 overturns, and when a turnover detector 223 detects a turnover detecting bracket 222, operation of a motor 216 is stopped. Furthermore, when the cylinder 205 overturns to the full, it comes into a state of being housed inside the housing part 201, so that if a cover is put on an upper part of the housing part 201, the fork-lift truck comes possible to be entered and traveled on a floor surface. Therefore, an occupied state of the rear body vertical position regulator 200 to a truck flooring berth is brought to nothing, thus a wide traveling space for the fork-lift truck is formable so that any lift exclusive berth is no longer required.
