PURPOSE:To suppress the traffic by setting a fetch flag in fetching a data sent from a processing unit in its own node equipment, resetting the flag when the transmission of the data is finished to all adjacent node equipments and inhibiting the data transfer from a processing unit to a transmission control unit while the said flag is being set. CONSTITUTION:When a data is given to a reception buffer (RB) 121c from a processing unit (PU) 11, a data control flag is set. No data is given to the RB 121c until the flag is reset. The data is transferred to a queue 124 from the RB 121c by a reception control unit RCU 125. In this case, the RCU 125 sets a reception finish flag corresponding to the RB 121c in a data management table (DMT) 123. After the data in the queue 124 is extracted by a transmission control unit (SCU) 126, a transmission finish flag corresponding in the DMT 123 is set. In this case, the SCU 126 monitors a transmission line 2 through a transmission supervisory control table 127 and the SCU 126 and when the transmission line 2 is not busy, the data is sent.
