The invention relates to a device for fastening a compensating member on frame panel shuttering elements (shuttering panels) for concrete, with an arrangement for connecting two neighbouring shuttering panels which are arranged at a distance from each other in one shuttering plane and exhibits a compensating metal sheet, which bridges a residual dimension and is arranged in the shuttering surface, and a compensating member which exhibits at least one cutout, the fastening device exhibiting a tension member which engages through the cutout in the compensating member and whose one end can be fastened in a tension-resistant manner on the shuttering panel and on whose other end there acts a bracing member. The invention consists in the fact that the tension member (23) exhibits, at its end facing the shuttering skin (4), two hooks (27) which are arranged at a mutual distance, running parallel to the shuttering plane, and are intended for hanging in cutouts (6) of the shuttering panels (10, 11). <IMAGE>
