PURPOSE:To ease mounting of a valve and to enhance workability by forming an exhaust hole in a plat-shaped valve seat, and mounting a sheet-like valve made of rubber so as to cover the exhaust hole. CONSTITUTION:A flat-shaped valve seat 8 is formed in the bottom of a recess 3 installed in the center of the upper part of a middle cover 2. An exhaust hole 4 is installed in the upper center of each cell compartment, and which is also in the center of the valve seat. A sheet-like valve 10 made of rubber by which the exhaust hole 4 is airtightly sealed is elastically and uniformly pressed from an upper direction by cushion material 11. The cushion material 11 is covered with an upper cover 7. The both sides of the upper cover 7 are melt-bonded to steps 12 installed on the both sides of the recess 3. A plurality of guide ribs 13 are installed in the inner wall of the recess 3, and the guide rib 13 has a taper and the faced guide ribs installed on both sides guide the sheet-like valve 10 and the cushion material 11 by their inner sides. |
