摘要 PURPOSE:To enable measuring of positional division, angle of attitude, dimensions of an object simply and at a low cost, by processing directivity reference marks in an image of the object obtained with an image input unit. CONSTITUTION:An x-y coordinate system having an origin O at the center of an object A0 at a reference position is set in a space where the object (A) to be measured exist. Each one of directivity reference mark and reference mark with a proper shape are attached to the object (A). First, the reference mark is taken as an image with an input unit. An angle of attitude of the directivity reference mark is calculated from an image of the object (A) obtained with the image input unit, based on maximum width AX in the S axis way in a projection graphic to the S axis of a mark graphic and width AP between coordinate (S) of a point corresponding to maximum height in the T axis way and the upper end of the (S) axis of the projection graphic, with a value Q given as the ratio thereof as parameter. At the same time, the positional deviation of the object (A) and axial distance between the reference marks are measured by a computation based on coordinate values of the gravity center positions P1 and P2 of the respective reference marks obtained by a image processing and the angle of attitude.
