摘要

The vacuum puffing drying appts. for the continuous prepn. of savoury snack-type foodstuffs has a pre-heating chamber, a vacuum process chamber, a drying chamber and a take-out chamber. The material to be processed is conveyed through these chambers by trays on rollers to be preheated by heater and humidified by an ultrasonic humidifier. It is vacuum processed by a vacuum pump and associated appts. and then dried by IR heaters above and below the conveyor line.
