PURPOSE:To change simply an incoming channel number by replacing a program number into a number of incoming type program when a terminal equipment number transferred from a common control means of a video selection control means is coincident with a number in a memory area and sending an incoming start signal to plural terminal equipments simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:At the time of a number written in a terminal device number area of a memory 142 in a video selection controller 140 is coincident with a terminal equipment number transferred from a connection control common device, a channel number of the incoming type program is fetched. A CPU 141 sends an incoming start signal to a terminal controller 310 via a transmission line. In depressing a power key of a key pad 320 by the user, a reception start signal is sent to the video selection controller 140 via the transmission line. Since the incoming type program channel number is written in the memory 142 in such a case, an incoming type program is sent from a tuner and reproduced by a receiver 330 via an optical transmitter, an optical line terminator and a terminal controller 310.
