PURPOSE:To facilitate installation and closing operation for an underwater opening part while being light weight without such troubles as sinking down to the sea bottom or losing, by fitting a hollow expandable body into a ring groove and connecting a fluid feed hose to said hollow expandable body. CONSTITUTION:In a plug body 4, an annular part 42 is provided in between a front panel part 40 which is smaller than the inside diameter of a stand piece 3 and a back panel part 41 which is opposite to the front panel part 40, forming a U-ring groove 5. A hollow expandable body 6 is fitted in the ring groove 5, and the end of a feed hose 7 is connected to the hollow expandable body 6 via the plug body 4 while its rear end side is connected to an accumulator 8. The buoyancy of the accumulator 8 and the weight of a magnet 10 is previously adjusted and the magnet 10 is adsorbed and fixed to the bottom of a ship. Thereby, difference in head is produced between the hollow expandable body 6 and the accumulator 8, and a sealed fluid in the accumulator is sent to the expandable body 6 through the hose 7 and expanded, to shut off the piece 3 from the sea. |
