PURPOSE:To obtain a molder for transfer molding in which the curing time of a cull part is shortened by a structure wherein an uneven surface is provided on the surface, with which resin comes into contact, of a plunger head. CONSTITUTION:A rugged surface 14 is provided on the bottom surface of a plunger head 12, which vertically shifts in a top force 16, so as to substantially make the surface area larger. Accordingly, when the top and bottom forces 16 and 17 are registered and resin is poured in between both the forces 16 and 17 and a cull 15 is pressed down with the plunger head 12, the upper part of the cull 15 touches the head 12 under the state being penetrated into the rugged surface 14, resulting in increasing the contact area between the cull 15 and the head. Thus, because the heat of the resin is dissipated through the head 12, the curing time of the cull 15 is shortened. |
