PURPOSE:To facilitate the manufacture and to reduce the cost by making the thickness of the 1st and 2nd ultrasonic wave solid-state propagating media different and adding output electric signals of the 1st and output transducers so as to quicken the frequency response speed. CONSTITUTION:An input electric pulse 21 is converted into ultrasonic waves 22, 22' by an input transducer 23 and propagated through the 1st and 2nd solid- state propagation media 20, 26. Then the ultrasonic waves 22, 22' are converted into output electric pulses 24, 24' by the 1st and 2nd output transducers 25, 27. Output pulses 24, 24' of the 1st and 2nd output transducers are added. That is, the thickness of the 1st and 2nd ultrasonic wave solid-state propagation media 20, 26 differs from each other, the path time until the ultrasonic waves 22, 22' reach each output transducer, Td'-1 and Td'-2 differ by DELTAT, and the output electric pulses 24, 24' are added, then the waveform of the total value is shaped and becomes a preferable form depending on various applications.
