PURPOSE:To prevent a damage due to pressing a magnetic sheet from occurring even when a magnetic sheet package is left in the sheet device main body by allowing to float a regulating-plate supporting plate supporting the regulating plate away from the magnetic sheet. CONSTITUTION:In the intermediate part of a rod 40, a flange 40a is formed, and between this flange 40a and a supporting part 42 a spring 43 to force the rod 40 upward is interposed. When excited, a solenoid 41 attracts downward the rod 40, but releases it when not excited. On the other hand, when the magnetic sheet 13 is still, the solenoid 41 is not excited. Accordingly the rod 40 protrudes upward due to the force from the spring 43, and contacts the regulating-plate supporting plate 21 to make the plate 21 afloat. Consequently, the regulating plate 15 is separated from the magnetic sheet 13 not to damage it.
