PURPOSE:To miniaturize and lighten an optical head by crossing the proceeding channel of a light beam. CONSTITUTION:An optical card surface and sensors 28 and 30 are arranged at an optically conjugate position concerning a picking-up lens 14 and a sensor lens 18. In such a system, the light path after the sensor lens 18 is bent by mirrors 20, 22 and 24, and the light path from the mirror 24 to a beam splitter 26 is crossed with the light path in the sensor lens 18. In such a way, the light path is crossed in the optical head, the effective utilization of a space in the optical head is executed and the optical head can be miniaturized. |
