PURPOSE:To obtain the titled mirror capable of preventing deformation of a reflective layer made of aluminum, thereby preventing deterioration of reflective characteristics by forming an aluminum oxide layer between a substrate and the aluminum reflective layer. CONSTITUTION:The titled mirror 3 for scanning in a laser printer scans a photosensitive drum 2 by reflecting a laser beam from a semiconductor laser 1. In the titled mirror 3, the aluminum oxide layer 5 is formed on a surface of forming the reflective surface composed of the substrate 4 made of aluminum or aluminum alloy, and the aluminum reflective layer 6 of forming the reflective surface A is formed on the surface of the aluminum oxide 5, and a protective layer 7 made of aluminum oxide is formed on the reflective surface A to form the titled mirror. Thus, the titled mirror capable of preventing the deformation of the reflective layer thereby preventing the deterioration of the reflective characteristics is obtd. by forming the aluminum oxide layer having a large mechanical strength. |
