PURPOSE:To improve the function of a load system by providing changeover switches for changing circuits from positioning operation to rigidity setting and feedback gain setting means in a feedback circuit. CONSTITUTION:A feedback circuit is provided with circuit changeover switches 8A-10A which are turned on at the time of positioning operation mode and with circuit changeover switches 8B-10B which are turned on at the time of rigidity setting mode. The feedback circuit is further provided with the first and second feedback gain setting means 14, 23 for positioning a load system and setting rigidity. By turning on and off the switches 8A-10A, 8B-10B, at the time of positioning operation, proportional-plus-integral compensation using negative feedback is conducted and at the time of rigidity setting, proportional compensation using positive or negative feedback is conducted. Thus, the positioning and rigidity setting can be conducted by the same control system to improve a function of the load system.
