PURPOSE:To remove extraordinary yarn simply with a small amount of loss at a bundling part, by setting plural rotor parts equipped with a great number of knives at the surroundings and laying a guide to send a fiber bundle to a desired rotor part. CONSTITUTION:A pressing cutter consists of a rotor part 1 equipped with a great number of knives at the surroundings and a pressing roller 4 to press a fiber bundle wound around the periphery of the rotor part to the knives. Rotary drive shafts 7 and 11 are equipped with plural (two in figure) parts of the rotor 1 and a rotor 1' and plural parts of the pressing roller 4 and a pressing roller 4'. Then, a guide 14 to send a fiber bundle from one of the plural rotors 1 and 1' to the other is provided. The guide 14 is transferred just before extraordinary yarn or a fiber bundle having an artificially made bundling part reaches this cutter, the part of the yarn or the bundle is guided to another rotor part and the guide is again restored to an original position after the part passes the rotor part.
