PURPOSE:To join the end face of a product extremely strongly by forming the structure of the composite material for decoration in the three layer construction providing the center material easy for brazing at the center of a core material and arranging a precious metal at the outside of the core material. CONSTITUTION:The outer sheath material 2 of the precious metal of a gold alloy and silver alloy, etc. is arranged at the outside of the core material 1 consisting of titan or titan alloy. And the three layer structure consisting of a core material 1, outer coating material 2 and center material 3 is formed by arranging the center material 3 of the copper alloy, nickel alloy and the like easy for brazing at the center of the core material 1. In case of joining the end face of this product, the brazing filler metal at the center is strongly joined each other and the outer sheath material is strongly joined each other as well. Consequently, the junction is performed at the center part and outer peripheral part in two places, so the separation at the junction part so far seen in the conventional item can be eliminated. |
