<p>For producing coatings or articles which consist of a foamed mass, the binder consisting of at least 35% of anhydrite is mixed in the form of a binder cement with 0.1 to 3.0 litres of an air/water foam at a water/binder factor from 0.1 to 0.6 and the foamed mass thus obtained is cast or processed in some other way. An apparatus for carrying out the process, having a foam generator (3) and a mixing device (2) for preparing the binder cement, is also proposed, in which an open holding vessel (8) for the mixture of foam and binder cement is located underneath the outlet opening of a mixing device (2) into which a foam line (4) coming from a foam generator (3) leads, and a conveying device (5) for conveying the mixture of foam and binder cement to the processing site is connected to the outlet of the holding vessel (8). <IMAGE></p> |
