PURPOSE:To enhance a permeation speed and selectivity, by forming a gas permeable membrane from a specific polysiloxane compound of which both terminals are modified with an epoxy group and a specific polysiloxane compound of which the single terminal is modified with an amino group. CONSTITUTION:A both-terminal epoxy group modified polysiloxane compound represented by formula I and a single terminal amino group modified polysiloxane compound represented by formula II are reacted to prepare a high-molecular compound. A gas permeable membrane is formed of thus formed high-molecular compound. In the formulae I, II, R is same or different and a 1-5C hydrocarbon group and n is same or different and an integer of 1-30. The transmission coefficient value of this gas permeable membrane is larger than that of a conventional membrane made of silicone rubber and, even if the thickness thereof is reduced, necessary membrane strength is held and no membrane flaw is generated.
