PURPOSE:To try manufacture of cheap vibration isolating rubber using hollow parts by forming rubber tyres various kinds of vehicles into various shapes through the process, comprising machining and modification such as cutting, opening holes and the like, and assembly. CONSTITUTION:A rubber tyre 1 of a disused vehicle is machined by being cut into various shapes as cut faces 2. Since vibration isolating rubber obtained by said tyre modification is provided with an useful hollow bent part, multifarious vibration frequencies can be attenuated evenly. Therefore, cheap vibration isolating rubber can be obtained by making use of disused material. |
