PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a means for correcting the strength difference between a light beam and an expensive optical lens system by arranging a photosensitive member and a light deflector so that a photosensitive face is located nearly along a circular arc centering around the deflection center of the light beam. CONSTITUTION:An exposure position paper guide 54 is formed along a circular arc centering around the deflection center point A of a laser beam, the recording paper 34 placed at the exposure position is curved along the circular arc centering around the point A and the upper face is placed at an equal distance from the point A. Thus, the optical lens system for converting the equi-angular velocity of the laser beam into the equi-scanning speed is not required, and the strength difference of the laser beam between both ends and the middle part of the scanning line is eliminated and the optical recorder is simplified and the cost is reduced.
