PURPOSE:To try speedy operation by making the axial p[art of an input gear be freely rotated in a buffer system and transmitting external force to the buffer system through a spring in the case of only one-way rotation in order to obtain a damper effect. CONSTITUTION:The axial part 11 of an input gear 10 is rotatably inserted in the transmission gear 21 of a buffer system 20. And, the left end part of the axial part 11 is inserted in the coil part 41 of a coil spring 40. The coil spring 40 is provided with the windingly formed coil part 41 having a diameter a little smaller than that of the axial part 11, and fitted around the axial part 11 by enlarging said diameter, while a hook part 42 is inserted in the locking hole 24 of the transmission gear 21. Therefore, when the axial part 11 is turned in more tightly winding direction of the coil part 41, the turning force is transmitted to the transmission gear 21 by the hook part 42, so that a buffer plate 23 is turned for obtaining a damper effect. Contrarily, when the axial part 11 is turned in the diameter enlarging direction of the coil part 41, sliding is coused between the axial part 11 and the coil part 41, so that the turning force is not transmitted to the transmission gear 21. Therefore, since the damper effect can be limited only in one direction, speedy operation can be carried out. |
