PURPOSE:To improve the working accuracy by locking a pressure member to a control member for the displacement above the prescribed quantity as well as providing the control member which copes with the displacement of a pressure jig. CONSTITUTION:A supporting member 10 is stood on a base plate 5 at both sides of a core 2 and face plate 3 and the constraining jig 11 as for the control member is arranged thereon. In this case the face plate 3 on which a brazing filler metal is brazed and the core 2 are arranged in a honeycomb structure like on the surface. Moreover, a small gap is formed between the upper face of the pressure jig 6 and the lower face of the constraining jig 11. The face plate 3 and core 2 are expanded by heating the whole device in this state and a distortion is caused, then the jig 6 comes into contact with the constraining jig 11 and thereafter the displacement is constrained by the weight of the constraining jig 11. In this way, the reliability of a product is improved as well as the working accuracy of the flatness, height tolerance, etc., of the product, since the deflection deformation due to the heat can be prevented.
