At the time of a sum of products processing signal ACC becomes active, each of the computing elements 10-12 and the accumulators 13 and 14 in the circuit 6 starts a prescribed accumulation arithmetic process. The same accumulation arithmetic process operation is repeated until a comparator 15 output a completion signal CADR to the TG17 by a coincidence between a sequence of points start point number MA and a completion point number.
