PURPOSE:To prevent fuel in an inlet passage from leaking when a cup is removed for cleaning by arranging an opening-closing valve mechanism which makes the inlet passage communicate with the cup side only when the cup is attached. CONSTITUTION:When a cup 12 which has been attached is removed, and opening-closing valve body 26 which has been pushed up with a tip of a projection 30 of the cup 12 is pushed back downward by a force of a spring 29 and a projecting part of a lower end enters an inside of a communication hole 22 of a valve seat plug 21. Since an O-ring on the periphery of the valve body 26 comes into contact with a valve seat surface 23 to close a passage between an inlet passage 16 and the cup 12 side, fuel in the inlet passage 16 is prevented from leaking.
