PURPOSE:To prepare the titled drink by crushing and drying sugar cane or beet to make a cultivation medium inoculating the seed of edible mushroom to the medium, proliferating the mycelia, crushing, mixing with water, sealing in a container, and heatng and filtering the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Sugar cane and/or sugar beet are crushed and dried to a water content of preferably about 50-70% to obtain a cultivation medium. The seed of edible mushroom (e.g. Crotinellus shiitake, Pleurotus ostreatus, Flammulina velutipes, etc.) is inoculated in the medium. When the mycelia are fully extended in the medium and matured, the medium containing the mycelia is finely pulverized and mixed with water. The mixture is sealed in a container, and heated to accelerate the autodigestion of the mycelia. The obtained suspension is filtered under pressure, and the liquid containing the active component is extracted and purified to obtain the objective health drink. EFFECT:Since the raw material of the cultivation medium is rich in sweet component and available at a low cost, the process is extremely advantageous as an industrial process. |
