PURPOSE:To improve combustion efficiency by forming a material such as synthetic rubber or plastic fixed with magnetic material powder into a film shape, magnetizing it in parallel bands at regular intervals and winding it around fuel pipings and air intake ports. CONSTITUTION:A magnetized part 1 and a non-magnetic part 2 are arranged by turns by forming synthetic rubber or plastic mixed with magnetic material powder into a film shape and by magnetizing it in parallel bands at regular intervals. The film body thus magnetized in bands is wound around fuel pipings and air intake ports of an internal combustion engine to promote atomization of the fuel due to magnetizing action and to supply mixture to the internal combustion engine. Thus, ease of ignition and combustibility of the fuel is improved, making it possible to improve combustion efficiency.
