PURPOSE:To cause air to flow from a primary air vent via a float chamber to a secondary air vent when an engine is running by introducing dynamic pressures to the primary air vent and introducing static pressures to the secondary air vent, while closing the vent when the engine stops. CONSTITUTION:A valve 4 arranged at an inlet of an air vent 3 communicating a float chamber 2 of a carburetor 1 with an inside of a suction drum is closed when an engine stops by means of both a spring 5 and links 7 through 9 and opened when the engine is running by pulling a piston 6 by means of negative pressures of a suction tube. While the air vent 3 consists of a primary air vent (a) and a secondary air vent (b), when the valve 3 opens, dynamic pressures of suction air are introduced to the primary air vent and static pressures from an opening by the side of the valve is introduced to the secondary air vent (b). This causes air to flow from the primary air vent to the secondary air vent to cool the inside of the float chamber.
