PURPOSE:To determine the proper fuel feed quantity by calculating the average value of the detection value of the pressure in a suction pipe in the transition operation of an engine and determining the correction value on the basis of the deviation of the detection value of the pressure in the suction pipe from the average value. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 16 calculates the average value of the pressure in a suction pipe 3 which is detected by an absolute pressure sensor 11, synchronized with the TDC signal supplied from a crank angle sensor 13, and determines the correction value on the basis of the deviation of the detection value of the pressure in the suction pipe from the average value, in the transition operation of an engine 4 which is detected by the signal of a throttle valve opening degree sensor 10, and corrects the fundamental fuel quantity. Therefore, the fundamental fuel quantity is obtained, including the correction for the delay of control operation and the adhering fuel onto the inner wall surface of the suction pipe in the transition operation of the engine, and the operation performance in the transition operation can be improved.
