摘要 PURPOSE:An electronic element, obtained by forming electrode bodies having an uneven surface on the inner surface of a substrate and further laminating an electrically conductive high polymer layer on the above-mentioned uneven surface and capable of surely preventing the peeling of the electrically conductive high polymer layer and further variation in film thickness and uneven position of the above-mentioned layer. CONSTITUTION:Electrode bodies 3, constituted of Pt, Ti, Cr, etc., and having an uneven surface (3a) prepared by grinding the surface with alumina having 2mum particle size are applied to the inner surface of an insulating substrate 2. An electrically conductive high polymer layer 4 constituted of polythiophene, polyvinyl polymer or polyaniline, etc., is formed on the above-mentioned uneven surface (3a) by electrolytic polymerization to form a layer in an uneven form along the uneven surface (3a). The layer is bonded and laminated to the electrode bodies 3 to afford the aimed electronic element.
