PURPOSE:The titled sheet, containing styrene-butadiene-styrene SBS type block copolymer, coumarone based resin, terpenic resin and electrically conductive particles and capable of giving accurate electric conductive even when used for connecting circuits of fine pitch. CONSTITUTION:A sheet containing (A) 100pts.wt. styrene-butadiene-styrene SBS type block copolymer, preferably having 60,000-200,000 weight-average molecular weight, (B) preferably 70-130pts.wt. coumarone based resin, preferably having 100-160 deg.C softening point, (C) preferably 5-40pts.wt. terpenic resin, preferably 80-170 deg.C softening point and (D) electrically conductive particles, preferably electrically conductive powder obtained by coating resin, glass, etc., with a metal and/or metal powder.
