PURPOSE:A nonalkaline grouting chemical, obtained by adding a specific gelling agent and specific buffer agent composition to water glass and gelatinizing the resultant mixture within an acidic region and aiming at strengthening or stopping water of a ground having a relatively high water permeability, e.g. sandy earth, etc. CONSTITUTION:A ground grouting chemical obtained by adding (B) a gelling agent consisting of sodium sulfate and/or sodium bisulfate and (C) a buffer agent composition, consisting of (i) an acidic chemical component and (ii) a volatile component having buffering action, containing an existing region where the molar concentrations of the components (i) and (ii) are same within the range of about 4-5pH and having about 3-5.5pH to (A) water glass as a principal component and gelatinizing the resultant mixture. |
