PURPOSE:To obtain a bobbin with high thermal resistance and pressurizing property by producing a cylindrical sintered substrate made of grains of ceramic material in which ceramic whiskers are dispersed. CONSTITUTION:Around the cylindrical voice coil bobbin 1, a voice coil 2 is wound, and a pair of lead wires 2a are drawn from the voice coil. At the production of the bobbin 1, a prescribed binding agent, a plasticizer, a deflouclating agent, and a solvent are added to the power mixture of zirconia, titanium, mullite, chromia, magnesia and alumina to make it the ceramic material. In the said material, silicon carbide whiskers are dispersed to prepare a slip contg. ceramic whiskers. Then the said slip is cut in a prescribed length, and formed as a flat sheet 5. And the sheet 5 is wound around a voice coil forming mold 6A to form the cylinder body 7 of the slip. thereafter, the body 7 sandwiched by the mold 6A and a jig 6B is dried, then calcined in the state as it is.
